Multi-view mode​

Have two or more Xbox systems linked with their own game disc. Start each of the the games and enter the options menu. Highlight the "Credits" option, then click the Left Analog-stick. A new "Network Cockpit Settings" option should appear. If it does not, press the Left Analog-stick Down while clicking it. Set the "Host" option on one of the Xbox systems. On the other Xbox systems, select the desired view. When ready, start a game on the host Xbox. The other Xbox systems will also load the same track and show the race from the selected view.

I would use the money cheat to start off a new game with, sadly there is no way that I know off that will alow you to have both cars and max money on the same profile.
