Some members over at the Assembler Games forum have found out how to run Dreamcast games in widescreen using Codebreaker. It's pretty amazing! I've tested out the codes for both Tennis 2K2 and Zombie revenge and they work great. Although Tennis 2K2 has a glitch where it will switch back to the stretched image at the end of an instant replay.
