"what if sega did made a another to replace the current controller with better d-pad/anaolog stick and make it a front side six buttom then four. like almost like the saturn controller but better?"

and i was just wondering if sega did something like this like a beta model or a prototype model of a newer controller like the org.xbox did with their system. after they went out the console business
