Yo Dreamcast bros

Some nice person made something called Shenmue Undub, which you all are probably familiar with.

But no matter how many times I try to download it, it won't work. I get the percentage, I get the download speed, but when it reaches 100 percent, nothing happens. What do I have to do? (FYI I already started an account with that website but it doesn't make a difference)
