In your opinion, which developer supported the DC best?

Think carefully - for example, obviously Capcom released a ton of good arcade ports during the DC's life - but a developer like Milestone released 3 high quality games long after the DC's demise. Namco didn't release a lot of titles - but it did release the all time favorite Soul Calibur which significantly helped popularize the DC and show off the systems capabilities. NG Dev Team is releasing indie titles in 2013! Do these different contributions balance out in favor of one or the other? Lets see your comment.

Obviously there are lots more developers that developed DC games than the options I could fit into the poll. I tried to pick the ones I figured were most significant, but here is a list you can match developers to games with. I think its no question that Sega and its studios like Sonic Team and Smilebit seriously supported the DC, hence the 3rd party focus.
