what if sega decided to do a handheld game again like the nintendo 3ds and psp/ psp vista, and would it have a chance in the gaming market?

the reason i ask is because i see the new upcoming handheld by neo geo/snk that is coming out in dec.12 call neo geo x.

what ya opinions on this subject?
