What is the best robot game in your opinion? I know the gameplay is fairly different in all of them, but they all involve you controlling a robot and destroying other robots... so that's enough to classify them all together and run a poll I think ;)

I vote Tech Romancer. It has a lot of replay value with the different stories, and you can play as a bunch of different types of robots. So even if you're more of an Evangelion guy than a Gundam guy, you can have your preferred choice. The music was pretty cool, too.


I know there are a few more games with robots, such as Marionnette Handler, Super Robot Wars, and Gundam Battle Online - but I think these are all turn based/strategy games rather than action games. So I left them out of the poll.
