At the title screen pick ARCADE MODE. When it says "Select Play Mode" Go to HARD and press RIGHT on the D-Pad 3 times. Then pick hard and dance the night away.

At the title screen pick ARCADE MODE. When it says "Select Play Mode" press the analog pad in any direction to bring up the character select and arrow select screen.

At the title screen pick ARCADE MODE. Select any play mode (easy, normal or hard).
