Notes
1 1) Put on the Master Code, the Journalistic Pursuit in Multi Player code, and the code of the NPC you want to be.

2) Go into Offline mode, choose Multi-Player, and select any character for Player 1. Player 2 is the character that will be modified so either choose an existing crap character you want to be rid of, or create a new character.

3) After choosing your characters, change the game mode to 'Battle', and start the game.

4) When in the game, talk to the man behind the desk in the Hunter's Guild (You start off there), and just choose the battle type one. It'll take you to the forest instead of the battle.

5) Have both characters enter the teleporter back to the Pioneer 2, and press A on the first controller to teleport back.

6) Both characters will appear there, first player his character, and second player the NPC that you chose, but you won't be able to do anything here, so on first player press start and quit game to save it.

7) When you go into Single Player mode, your character will be really fat. Just start a mission and he'll turn into the NPC you chose.

If you turn off the game, you don't need to put the code on again for the NPC to work. Just simply turn it on, load your character (he will be fat), and start a mission to transform.

It works great, but there are two downsides. First of all, the character's name changes permanently to "---" (minus the quotes), and that the level drops down to 5.
