The DS version of Square Enix's classic Dragon Quest V: Tenkuu no Hanayome will incorporate a new feature that probably will become popular among item collectors. In various regions of Dragon Quest V's world, the player will be able to collect local specialties. Some of these items might be up for sale in a local store, while others can only be obtained upon meeting certain requirements. All these specialties can be put on display in a special museum. This building will consist of multiple rooms and it will be up to the player where to put the items in his possession. That being said, some items, e.g. a compass showing the party's current position, actually have practical use as well. Last but not least, it will be possible to trade these items with fellow DS users.
Dragon Quest V: Tenkuu no Hanayome for DS will be available in Japan on July 18th.
