From the cows, you can raise cows. The greatest cows in a pasture is eight. You can by the chicken and cattle from Sarah. The pasture also has troughs, which each need 5 timber along with a bucket of water and a heap of hay. The calves will increase to cows, which you are able to kill and receive beef and hides from.
