Help Needed for CS

My CS 1.6 was running fine, But when first sxe injected gave up, then after next load shedding CS started giving this Error. "Half Life launcher has stopped working"
I've Google this thing, But nothing helped.

Delete your whole steam folder and reinstall everything? Maybe the engine is messed up.

No, he doesn't have to delete the steam folder, he may have more games than just that one installed. :D Right click the title & "delete local content" for that game & try a reinstall.
