Does all star wars edition psp 2001 have TA-85 v1 motherboard? (thus, can have permanent CFW) or do they all have different motherboards??

I want to know if there are star wars editions that have TA-88 v3, which can't have permanent CFW. In most forums I see them as being hackable, but it doesn't say that it's been confirmed, so I just want to make sure.

Also, does rules with original (as purchased) official firmware version, serial number, box code and all those apply only to piano blacks, or do they also apply to special editions as well?
