Hello all!

I'm a newbie to PSP hacking and am having some troubles here. Came across your Forums so I thought this would be the best place to get help.

I'm having trouble locating an actual Prome-4 for my PSP. I am using a CFW 5.03 GEN-C on my PSP-3000. However, when I click on the 5.03 GEN-C link on that page, I end up downloading and installing a Prome-3 on my PSP instead of a Prome-4 (as claimed on that link provided). I tried searching other websites but the results also all ended up the same.

Ultimately, I want a Prome-4 in my PSP without having to further upgrade my CFW 5.03 if possible (as mentioned above, I cannot seem to find a viable download link). This is because I am using a 3000 model and I heard updating it's CFW any further to 5.50 or so will permanently brick my PSP. In addition to that, I also learnt that the newer the CFW is, the less stable it is in running older games (but supports more newer games). Obviously, I don't want for such issues to happen.

Is there anyone who is able to guide me in going about this? ANY sort of recommendations are highly appreciated. Please and many thanks for your assistance. :)

Ps: The reason why I want a Prome-4 in my PSP is because of this Japanese game: (link removed as requested by junKie). It apparently only works on Prome-4. I even tried installing the patch but it just made my PSP crash instead (shut down). If there are other hacks that this game can work on, please let me know. Just trying to provide as much information here as possible. Cheers! :)
