Hi
My first time here and I'm a total newbie. I got my sons PSP 1000 hacked a couple of years ago. The system software version on it is called 3.80 M33-5. Today he bought Ben 10 Ultimate Alien: Cosmic Destruction, and he can't play it. He gets prompted to update to version 6.31 or later.

As said before - I'm a total newbie and I didn't hack it my self, and haven't tried before. How do I update the PSP so he can play his new game?
