One bad day I found my psp go with this screen problems

I disassambled my psp and found that one ribbon is damaged.
The black one that always moving when u open/close psp go (sliding).

You can see clearly this ribbon on this video at 1:20

Am I right and this is the problem?
Where to buy this ribbon?
