i have a psp 2000 running 5.00 m33-6

i want to play my chrono cross eboot.pbp file.

it shows the playstation symbol and goes to a black screen, i think its because i dont have popsloader, i read online that 3.72 works best.

where can i aquire this and how do i install it?
