I got off from work waited for my mom to come pick me up and slipped my PSP open to play some delicious FFVIII to find my PSP Gos slider was messed up. The right side of the screen half of the system was falling off.

I came home called sony. Told me my warranty was good since I bought it in September during a sale at best buy. I would have already been done but his comp was in maintenance mode so I was told to call back in an hour to get everything finished. (that's going to be around 4:30, 5ish)

What I'm actually asking here is that they are going to install the latest firmware are they not?
