Settlers III - GoG 1.6

Hi, I have struggled to create pointers for this old game and I'm unable, it requires advanced knowledge and many days spent on learning CE.

I need such cheats for settlers 3 game:

- change amount of villiagers from houses (e.g. large residence change villiagers from 100 to 1000)
- soldiers %attack increase/decrease
- soldiers health increase/decrease
- mines work at 100% efficiency + no depleted deposits
- change amount of resources in buildings
- quick construction
- change amount of soldiers in towers (I have changed it to more and towers started to burn xD)

Values for resources are 1byte as well as for villiagers but only once I was able somehow to make unlimited villiagers comming from large residence)
