Stage select

Do the following at the Title Screen to start at Stage two, three or the special Bonus Mission.
Stage 2 Hold the R button on Controller 2, then press Start on Controller 1.
Stage 3 Hold the L button on Controller 2, then press Start on Controller 1.
Bonus Hold both the L and R buttons on Controller 2, then press Start on Controller 1.
