Been looking around and people have said that if your dreamcast was made after OCT 2000 it cannot play burnt games. Others have said underneath the dreamcast, there is a circle and with in that circle, if it has a 1 it can play burnt games and if it has a 2 it cannot. So how can I check to see...

Hi all, Has any game fully tapped the dc's hardware potential? If not, what was the hardware truly capable of? If anyone was thinking of kickstarting an indie game for this thing, utilizing what horsepower it does have would grab attention. At least imo
