    Using Other LED's Instead Of SMD's

    I've looked at loads of different tutorials for adding LED's to the triggers and most use SMD's. Well my eyesight isnt that good nor are my hands that steady. Could I get away with using 3mm LED's instead? They run at 3.2-3.4v...
