popsloader/prom-4

Ok. I am giving this popsloader thing one more try. I have 5.50 prom-4. Will 5.50 gen popsloader work for this? if not is there one for it? Also can somone provide a link because the one on the forums doesnt seem to work anymore. Thanks.
