6.20 TN-E, PRX/VSH problems

Hey, according to PSP-Ident:

TA-090 v2
Brite 3g/3001

Bat. Eeprom access - No
Possible CFW 5.03 HEN and up

Now here is my problem, no matter WHAT CFW/HEN I go to, VSH menu will not work properly. It displays, but after I finish selecting or changing anything, and go to exit, the PSP just freezes and the VSH menu freezes as well. After the freeze, the PSP won't turn off until I turn it off manually.

I have tried upgrading and downgrading to multiple CFW/HENS, none have fixed this problem. What's wrong here?!
