I researched my stuffs and I know there exists a thing called the VGA Box, made for the Dreamcast like 10 years ago from SEGA itself.
Unfortunately nowadays, they are extremely rare and being sold at >100 on Ebay/Amazon, you can get knockoffs on random sites for like 75, but I can't trust em.
I'm wondering, if I can use something like this:

I know it'll probably work for converting it, but what I need to know is if it will upscale the graphics like the regular VGA Box does. My goal is just to be able to pair my Dreamcast with a spare computer monitor, but high graphics would be even better =D
