Game Freezes when Saving.

I have just bought a PSP 1000 and my boyfriend has hacked it for me (as i have no clue what i'm doing :L) to run the 6.20 TN-D. I am then using an Iso Loader for the games.

Currently, i have Tekken 6 and Warriors Orochi 2 on the PSP.

When it comes to Tekken 6, it doesn't freeze unless i try to save Ghost Data. But with Orochi it freezes whenever i try to save.

I'm wondering what i can do to fix this?
If you think i'd be better on 5.03 or something different, please give me a link or explain step by step as i really am extremely new to this!
