Boss 2: John, Pooky, Arlene
Boss 3: Teacher, Pooky, Garfield
Boss 4: Odie, Odie, Arlene
Boss 5: Waitress, Pooky, Garfield
Boss 6: Odie, Arlene, Cleofatra

If those don't work, try these:

Count Slobula's Castle: Ima (Waitress), Garfield, Odie
The Revenge of Orangebeard: Pooky, John, Streach Cave Cat
3,000,000 BC: John, Pooky, Arline
