Psp 1001 glitching out.

1001 glitching out psp

i was installing the ultimate vsh menu and i did everyhting like it said and then went to look at it on my psp and the regular vsh menu still came up so i pressed exit on it then it started glitching out ive restarted it and taken my memory card out and everything but its still doing it.

Im using CFW 5.50 GEN-D3.
