Right now I'm trying to update my psp cfw. I've had it for over 5-6 years now and it's been on 3.71 m33-2 ever since and only now have I started encountering problems running the newer games.
So I researched and I found a guide to update from 3.71 m33-2 straight to 5.00 m33-6 :

But it warns me of the motherboard TA088v3 so I looked around and found PSPident and loaded it up into my GAME folder on the psp ran it and it worked, but.... instead of the usual screen with all the data this came out:
Kernel version: 3.71 (0x03070110)
Error 0x8002013C loading/starting kpspident.prx
Press any cross to exit =).
What could be the problem? It's the only thing stalling me from updating my psp cfw and I would really appreciate a quick reply to help me resolve this.
