RemoteJoy was working fine earlier, as you can see from my other thread where i was asking about the keyboard inputs. I got fed up and tried to map a controller myself. I named it ps3.map, placed it in the MS_ROOT folder and changed the config file at the bottom where it says 'joy_1.map' to 'ps3.map' (i believed this is where it assigns the joymap). Tried to start it up again and it crashed my pc.
Changed the config file back to its original state and it still crashed. Deleted everything except the .exe thinking it would replace all the files again, still crashed. That was all with remotejoy4irs. I try RemoteJoyLite and that crashes my pc also in the same way the other does. I assume it to be a driver problem so i did a system restore back before i had the driver installed, re-installed the driver and it still crashes when i try remotejoylite.
I'm just out of ideas now.
EDIT: For the record, it shuts down my whole computer not just the program.
