So Many CFWs/PSP Save Images

Hey peeps,

1. I'm currently on 5.5 Prome-4 and on a PSP 1000Phat. I see all these new CFWs being released and I feel like I've been out of the loop for awhile. So, what is the latest and most stable CFW I should update to?

2. I play PSX games on my PSP, and I used to play FF7 on it. For some reason, every other PSX game save I play has an icon of Cloud instead of the actual game. For example, Lunar Silver Star has an icon of Cloud instead of its actual icon. How do I fix this?
