Developer TheFlow has just released Download Enabler v4. Download Enabler is a nice little plugin for hacked PS Vita's which lets you download any file type from the embedded web browser. This is a feature that is, by default, restricted by Sony on official firmware, as the console will in theory only let you download the limited range of filetypes it can understand, such as images or movie files.
Download Enabler lets you bypass that and download any file, like you would do on a regular browser. Downloaded files go into the ux0:download folder.
Download Enabler is also compatible with the PSTV, for those who ask.
