upgrade psp fat ... how to ?

hi,

i have an old psp fat with firmware: 3.80 M33-5

how to i upgrade it to the latest custom firmware ?

i really don't mind if i get a link to a tutorial that will help me, but what i really need is something working for this (old) 3.80 firmware, i guess i will have to update it to one or more intermediary versions !
