My psp is rather old and has been through a lot of shit, I have opened and closed it a dozen of times. Now when I screw the screws near analog/ms shut then after opening any applications, psp freezes at the psp logo(the ms led blinks a couple of times and just stops). When I run any apps without the screws on then everything runs fine but the analog stick doesnt work.
Sometimes it works for a while with the screws on. When the problem first started occurring I disassembled my psp almost completely and removed a little plastic piece that was loose from the case that was maybe pressuring something, after that everything worked fine for a while until now the problem randomly started again. I have also tried formatting, installed the firmware again yet nothing helped.
Ohhh... and everything else except the applications works perfectly fine.
