Which vga box to get

Hi all,

Which vga box should I get? I heard a lot of them have vertical lines through the screen? Is the sega official one the best? Or toro?

Will these eliminate those vertical lines?

I'm using it on a HDTV 46".

I may also use it on a 40" lcd monitor that my computer uses.
