ARK Survival evolved server rental - Cheapest host

Hey im looking to create a public ark server (your all welcome to join when is ready).
Now i want a cheap host but NOT too bad :) i found a comparison TOP 14 - ARK Survival Evolved Server Hosting From: $0.20
my budget is $30, should i go with vilayer or woumbat?

I doubt I would play it. Might want to go by how many friends you have interested in joining. Start with 4 slots maybe & increase as people request to join.

I would go with bluefang. It has a cheap price and probably worth it for $20.

MAN i just found so many servers that are actually empty! Im afraid my server will end up like this :/
